Training Four Paws – Cancellation and Booking Policy

Cancellation policy: For changes, cancellations and no shows - please provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or postpone any service. We are a small company and failure to give the required 48 hours notice results in us losing a paying customer.

Behaviour Assessments: Please pay a deposit of $50 to secure your booking.

Puppy, Juvenile and Adult Dog Training Packages: Four training sessions are booked over 4-8 weeks. We know that sometimes things happen and postponements may sometimes be necessary but all sessions must be completed within 12 weeks of the first session. Any training sessions not used within 12 weeks are forfeited. Unfortunately, unused funds are unable to be carried over to other services.

Pack walks: Any cancellations within 48 hours of the booked service, or if we are unable to gain access to your dog on the day, the service will be charged at the full rate.

Overnight Boarding / Train and Board Services:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure Overnight Boarding and Board & Train services. The balance to be paid at (or before) drop-off.
• A $10 surcharge applies on public holidays per day / per dog, half day rates apply
