David is amazing with our German Shepherd Bones. You could tell straight away that she loved him. Bones is a very big girl for her breed and age, but David has shown us how we can control her excitement. Sally and Billy (his doggy helpers) have been awesome at teaching Bones how she should act around other dogs. Couldn’t thank him enough for caring for and loving Bones the way he does. 5 stars from us!

I was very pleased to work with David who helped me train my dog Marley. Marley is a big dog, so I need her to be obedient, especially around my 9-year-old daughter. As long as you are willing to put the time and effort in, the results are amazing! I would recommend David to every new dog owner - even more important, I’m sure Marley would tell all dogs that David is awesome and that he carries a bag of dog treats at all times. 😂🐶👌🏽

Our Golden Retriever has stayed with David a number of times over the last six months. We can't thank him enough. Lily is always so excited to see David and always has such a happy and fun packed time during her stay. I can't recommend David highly enough. He is absolutely brilliant.

We were struggling to take our 2-year-old male Rottweiler Cuba anywhere. He became anxious with some dogs, whilst super excited with others; due to some bad experiences at the dog park. Then we came across Training Four Paws. David, along with his amazing canine assistant Sally, welcomed Cuba into their pack. Their patience, calmness & care was astounding. Before long Cuba & Sally were playing together enjoying long walks on the beach & blissfully swimming together. I highly recommend Training Four Paws - not just because they are credible and knowledgeable dog trainers; but because they genuinely care about your dog!!

We met David through our local vet clinic, he came highly recommended. We were not disappointed. David’s calm and confident demeanour with animals is indescribable. Our boy Soul is a 15-month-old massive American Staffordshire Terrier and was hugely reactive to dogs. I could never have expected the results David achieved in five sessions. He is truly passionate about creating the best life for his dogs. Our Soul is now manageable when walking and we have gained the knowledge, understanding and confidence to manage his behaviour. David not only corrects behaviours but also educates the owner. David has saved our boy and provided us with the skills to give him a more fulfilled life. We will be forever grateful and use these newly learned skills with our other dogs.

I cannot recommend David enough. Bree my German Shepard is just over 1 year old. We got David involved as she was very reactive to other dogs. Walking her was a real mission, pulling on the end of her lead and look out if she saw another dog!! She would bark and carry on and no one wanted to let her near their dogs and would cross the street to keep away from her. She used to put on such a performance I could understand why people were worried. We got David in to do a behaviour assessment and it progressed from there. We did a couple of walks with David and some well-behaved dogs, but we had to take things further. Bree spent two weeks in camp Training Four Paws where she stayed with David and socialised with at least 20 different dogs. Walking daily with dogs and just enjoying being a dog. I just took her for a walk tonight, and the difference is just incredible. No pulling my arm off on the lead. I introduced her to a new dog at an off the lead park and it was fantastic. With David's knowledge I now know that Bree is not aggressive, and it was fear that caused her behaviour. If you have any issue with your dog don't hesitate to contact David, he really knows his stuff. You will be so happy that you got that extra help that you needed to make your life and that of your special mate so much better

Although Sargent, our German Shepherd, had received some basic obedience training in the past he lacked socialisation skills, so we contacted David for his help. We were really impressed with the beautiful way he handles dogs. Sargent is better behaved for the experience and we are looking forward to joining David and his pack walks on a regular basis.

Thank you so much Training Four Paws for your dedication and passion! Scout has gained so much from his regular walks and his behaviour at home has improved. We are so grateful Training Four Paws has been able to help fulfil this little guy’s needs when we struggle to get him out. Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to meet David from Training Four Paws at the dog park recently and have since used his training service for our 15-month-old Mastiff cross Benny. Benny had some obedience issues and David was able to give some direction and good advice to help get him on track. During our behaviour assessment, under David’s training, Benny made some immediate improvements. David is a patient, passionate and skilled trainer. I highly recommend him.

I can’t thank David from Training Four Paws enough. Jax is a 5-year-old (Husky x Boxer x American Staffordshire Terrier) who was so dog reactive that he could progress to aggression. On his initial visit David got straight down to addressing this issue. We walked in a high dog environment and instantly David was able to get his attention and correct his behaviour. David gave me the skills and commands I needed to be able to handle Jax on my own. With this knowledge I’ve now gained the confidence to have Jax around other dogs and not panic, which was my biggest issue. Jax is now able to be off lead and play in a safe environment with other dogs.
